Bill Armstrong, a sales professional with Mackintosh Inc., REALTORS, was recently installed to the 2011 Leadership Team of the National Association of REALTORS (NAR), an organization with more than 1.2 million members, 54 State Associations and more than 1,400 local associations.
NAR’s 2011 installation of officers took place in New Orleans during the organization’s annual convention and featured well-known musical guests, a Mardi Gras Parade, and the installation of the entire NAR Leadership team– including Armstrong being installed to the position of treasurer.
With more than 26 years of experience, Bill has a vast background in the real estate industry, having served as president of both the Frederick County (FCAR) and Maryland Associations of REALTORS while also committing a great deal of time to numerous committees for both organizations, as well as the NAR.  In addition, he has been an Advisory Board Member of the Johns Hopkins University Masters of Real Estate program since 2000.
A dedicated advocate within the community, Bill has been instrumental in assisting local organizations such as the Frederick Arts Council, American Heart Association, Rotary Club of Frederick, Big Brothers/Big Sisters, United Way and several others.
Bill has also received many awards for his hard work and sales excellence.  A few of the honors he has received in the past include: Overall Top Producer and Top Sales honors; FCAR’s Distinguished Sales Associate; and FCAR’s REALTOR of the Year.

Donna Kuzemchak, a long-time Frederick resident and local leader, recently joined the sales team at Mackintosh Inc., Realtors’ Frederick office.
Prior to entering the real estate market in 2010, Donna served as an Alderman for the City of Frederick from 1998-2009. During this time, she helped to establish strategic plans which focused on a balanced city operating budget, community development, capital improvements, financing and debt management. She was also extensively involved in interacting with city staff and local residents to assist in providing public services to residents of the city.
From 2009 to 2010, she held the position of Program Director for Volunteer Frederick, a non-profit agency that matches volunteers with opportunities throughout Frederick County, Maryland. In this capacity, she was heavily involved in research, analysis, management, administration, and recruitment, resulting in thousands of dollars in impact to the local non-profit community.
In addition, Donna has owned and managed two businesses, while also teaching and being active with numerous other organizations, including: the City of Frederick Education Commission; City of Frederick Taxicab Commission; City of Frederick Planning Commission; PTA Council of Frederick County; and Leadership Frederick County.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from St. Francis College, located in Loretto, Pennsylvania.
